Congratulations to Katie “KT” DeCrane on her promotion to Mentorship Manager for the South Chicago Digital Market!
Katie started her career with AMP a short while ago on July 21st, 2020. Her early success since her inception makes it seem like she is a seasoned veteran with AMP! Katie is a consummate professional and she has a great attitude towards the business. She absolutely loves working with small business owners and helping them market their businesses. Katie was the captain of her high school cheerleading team for basketball and football. She shows that team spirit here with AMP as she congratulates her teammates success when they post sales on the WhatsApp chain and sends out messages in the morning to get her team fired up for the day. She has also inspired us all as a main topic speaker on the morning success calls.
Katie attended Aurora University and earned a BA in Elementary Education. After graduating from Aurora University, Katie worked as a teacher for a number of years, and she also ran a family owned business for a number of years as well prior to joining the AMP Family! In Katie’s words “I’m super excited about this new role because it will allow me to take my business experience and teaching experience and roll it all together”!
Katie got off to a fast start in her AMP career completing GSV on-boarding in her 1st full week. After being trained to sell Optima and Text, Katie hit the ground running and she sold $16,395 in her 1st full month with AMP. Katie was promoted to the Elite Mentorship Team on August 19th and shortly thereafter on October 14th, she earned her Senior Sales Representative Promotion. Currently Katie is ranking #28 on the AMP Top 50 Rankings and #20 on the AMP Rookie Rankings. I have a feeling that Katie will be ranking higher when the next report comes out.
Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with her daughter Taylor playing board games, painting and baking. They love to cook together, trying new recipes. Taylor checks in with Katie everyday to see how work is going and asks how many sales has she made on the day! Katie also finds time go boating on Lake Michigan and in the Ozarks with her boyfriend Mark and she enjoys driving tractors and spending time with him on his farm. Katie bleeds Chicago Cubs Blue!!!
