Congratulations to Erin Norin on her promotion to Assistant District Manager for the North Region!
Erin joined us in mid-June after working 25 years in the health and wellness field. She worked in every healthcare setting from corporate spas on cruise ships to small, family-owned physical therapy clinics. A great deal of Erin’s connection to our work was from her experiences running her own business for over a decade as a health coach, yoga teacher and movement therapist. In 2018, Erin relocated from Cedar Falls, Iowa to the Madison, Wisconsin area. She spent three years working as a local blood bank coordinator. It was fun and interesting work, however, due to the pandemic she needed to go in a different direction.
In May of 2021, Ashley Joyce connected Erin to the mission of our work at AMP and it immediately resonated speaking directly to her heart as a previous small business owner. Erin has emerged quickly as a leader in the spotlight boasting monthly averages of $11,435 in sales distributed amongst our two most commonly sold digital products with $5,397 OPTIMA/Text per month and $6,038 GSV per month. She is currently ranked #9 among the Top Rookies of 2021 and she successfully completed her first project of Janesville WI closing 39 in-town digital sales. Last month, after a great start and with Erin’s affinity to teach and coach others she was an obvious choice to join the mentorship team. She’s been maintaining great sales numbers since while also partnering with teammates on training days in the sales field.
Erin knows the importance of being disciplined with the key fundamentals of success at AMP. Every day she strives to maximize each opportunity with her sales. She invests in AM Success Calls & she commits to daily self-development via podcasts and audiobooks. Her peers view her as a positive, hardworking talented sales professional who is always pushing herself and inspiring others around her.
Erin had this to say about her experience from first joining AMP, “I love working for AMP. The mission to help small businesses speaks directly to my heart as an ex-small business owner. I come from a long line of small business owners who try to do it all. It feels like a true privilege that we get to serve them in the way that we do. I love this job! I love that it’s different every day, that it presents countless opportunities to be creative, enthusiastic and helpful. Most of all, I love that we promote from within and that there’s practically no cap to the income potential.”
Erin lives in Edgerton WI. Her husband, Steve is employed as a Land Surveyor at the reputable RH Batterman firm. Her daughter, Zoe attends school at Edgerton Middle School and her son, Dylan is at the Edgerton High School. Her kids are both active in sports. Currently, Dylan is in soccer and Zoe runs cross country so her weekends are usually spent attending games and meets. Whenever possible, they are on the water. Better yet, IN the water. They love paddling, swimming, camping, hiking, geocaching, disc golf…anything that gets us outside and playing together. They love living in Rock County as there are so many opportunities to get out and enjoy time outdoors. The family goal is to one day own a simple home on either the Rock River or Lake Koshkonong by the end of 2023!
In her new role as an Assistant District Manager, Erin will spend 20% of her time training and 80% of the time building our digital footprints in Wisconsin and Illinois markets. She plans to continue to build her skills as a AMP leader and influencer & is excited to take carry out our mission!
