Congratulations to Aaron Richardson on his promotion to District Sales Manager for the Central Region!
In his new role, Aaron will be hiring, training and developing his teammates in Michigan and Northern Indiana! Aaron’s consistent solo success in the field along with his incredible training stats as an Assistant District Manager is what made him the perfect fit for this promotion.
Since joining AMP in January of 2021, Aaron has been promoted four times, he sold over $300,000 of marketing & advertising solutions, solidified the #1 Traditional Rookie of The Year Award, and won the President’s Achievement Award. Throughout every promotion he’s earned at AMP, he’s grown his leadership mindset and was consistently recognized in the Training Institute Spotlight for top performances as a field trainer. From day one, Aaron has competed against himself in a battle to get better everyday. He set the bar high in his first 7 weeks in the sales field by selling 20 new print/OPTIMA™ and achieving Senior Sales Rep Promotion much faster than our companywide average. This year he is averaging $16,000 in total sales per month, which is remarkable considering he is only solo selling 4 days a week as an ADM.
Aaron is just as ambitious off the field as he is on it. He is a former business owner that built his own successful cleaning business, he spent time as a CFO, and still found time to raise three kids. The same time that he earned his last promotion to Assistant District Manager, Aaron was also enjoying his graduation ceremony where he proudly earned his MBA (focus in Marketing) that he had worked so hard for over the years. The experience and training he had in the military built an incredible discipline to which he attributes his success. His personal and professional growth stems from keeping focused on his “why”. His family is what drives him and supports him; his fiancée Lazsher and kids Athena, Nikolai, and Noah motivate him everyday.
Aaron started his AMP career on the print side of the business and quickly showed he was capable of being just as dominant in digital as he was in selling print. He learned from some of the best in the business, including our #1 ranked rep in all of AMP, Kevin Norton, who is also our District Manager for the Central Region Traditional Team. We asked Kevin to describe his experience working with Aaron, and this is what he had to say:
“I really enjoy working with him because he is constantly learning. I have been out in the field making sales calls with him and he maximizes his time with every single business owner. He takes extra time to ask questions about the business and he learns from every interaction. He will make a great District Manager because he has consistently produced and executes on the fundamentals of our work. He prospects diligently, he works golden hours, and he is at the top of AMP University. He talks the talk and walks the walk.”
Aaron is passionate about winning, helping others and always growing and we know he will do just that as the District Manager of Michiana.
