Kyle Engstrom Promoted to Digital Assistant District Manager – Central Region

Congratulations to Kyle Engstrom on his promotion to Digital Assistant District Manager – Central Region!

Since joining AMP in June, 2022, Kyle has made a huge impact in the Central Region. He has a great work ethic and is a student of the game, always challenging himself to continue to learn and get better at his craft. Kyle has played a critical role in growing the Chicagoland Digital team, and we’ve seen a ton of success in the northern suburbs where he has been dominating. Kyle approaches every task and responsibility with optimism and a can-do attitude. Whether it’s working on solo selling days, mentorship days, or development days, he consistently brings his best.

In the first three months of Kyle’s career with AMP, we knew that he was special and had a very bright future ahead of him. He sold $14,475 in digital revenue in June, 2022, followed by $16,334 in July, $16,200 in August, and an impressive $25,087 in October. Finishing his first project in Arlington Heights, Illinois, he sold a total of 61 digital accounts and completed his first digital project on time and on target. His resume gets even more impressive as he was inducted into the AMP DNA Hall of Fame, by becoming the second person in all of AMP to sell 25 DNA (Digital New Accounts) since July, 2022, and the second person in all of AMP to sell 50 DNA. To date, Kyle has sold 102 DNA! He was recognized twice as the Digital Rep of the month in the Central Region and finished 2022 as the 6th ranked rookie in all of AMP.

Originally from Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Kyle attended Glenbard West High School, where he played baseball and basketball. He pursued baseball at Carthage College in Wisconsin, earning a scholarship and playing at a high level for four years. A fun fact about Kyle is that during his time at Carthage, he started playing poker and became so good at it that he was able to pay his tuition with the money he won from poker tournaments. After graduating from Carthage College, Kyle still had a passion for baseball so he started coaching for a prestigious travel baseball program, and he still mentors youth baseball players.

After gaining valuable organizational and leadership skills coaching baseball and learning from his mother, a small business owner, Kyle was ready to find a career. This is his first job after graduating from college and he has found a career home that he really enjoys and loves.

When Kyle is not working, he enjoys playing basketball and he also has developed a passion for Golf. Kyle and his group of friends tee it up every weekend here in the Chicagoland area during the golf season.

Congratulations, Kyle, on this well-deserved promotion!
