Neely joined AMP & Team NW Florida in January 2024. In her first project of Rosemary Beach, FL, she became a steady GSV seller and quickly on-boarded to OPTIMA™ then AMP Video™ and CloseBy® Text Marketing programs. Neely’s sales trajectory in her first 3 months highlights month-over-month improvements. In fact, she hit her first $20,000 sales month in February closing $11,550 OPTIMA™ sales, $8,425 GSV sales, and $1,250 Text sales.
Neely continued to progress throughout her earlier tenure with a streak of consistent sales performances each month. She is currently ranked #1 on our AMP Top Rookie ranking with an average of $17,223 in Total Sales, $9,648 in OPTIMA™/Text sales, $6,624 in GSV, $954 in Video, and 59% DCP. Behind the scenes, Neely dedicated her time to AMP U and is a senior student ranked among the top 10 in the NW Region. She’s partnered with top leaders in the business like Halle Hecker and Eric Sauld, who provided her with awesome training resources and feedback. In April, Neely joined the leadership team via Observation Day Program assisting with mentoring potential new hires looking to join AMP.
Neely’s drive toward success was built on consistent new business sales. She averages 10 DNA per month securing 75 DNA in June. She set a personal record month in April with $22,778 in sales and $13,788 in OPTIMA™ and $8,990 GSV sales. Overall, she hit a record breaking month of total sales, OPTIMA™ sales in April. Neely continues to encourage growth in our NW Florida markets working in Destin, Santa Rosa markets. She moves quickly and leads by example!
Neely graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Public Relations/Communications in 2023. From the time Neely showed up on the morning of her observation day, we knew she had the determination and ability to connect with prospects to succeed in this position.
Outside of work, Neely loves spending time with her family and most importantly her furbaby, Charlie. She loves fashion as well as making her own jewelry during her spare time.
