Ali Antonacci Promoted to District Sales Manager – St. Louis

Congratulations to Ali Antonacci on her promotion to District Sales Manager – St. Louis!

Ali joined AMP in April 2024 in the new AMP role of Manager in Training (MIT), and from the start, she has been an outstanding force in both personal sales and team development. In her first full month, Ali secured $28,715 in total sales, including $10,875 in OPTIMA™ revenue. With just seven months at AMP, she surpassed $20,000 in total sales in four of those months, accumulating a total of $131,052 in sales, while maintaining an average of 15 accounts per month. Ali’s expertise in OPTIMA™ is impressive, having sold nearly $70,000 in OPTIMA™ products alone.

In addition to her remarkable personal sales, Ali has been instrumental in hiring and training multiple team members who have surpassed $10,000 in sales. She recently promoted her first Mentorship Manager on her St. Louis team, a testament to her leadership and commitment to empowering others. Her training stats are exceptional, averaging $1,490 per day, 1.1 accounts, and $46,168 in total sales training revenue.

Ali’s journey to AMP began after a diverse career path, including sales, fundraising, events, project management, and 10 years as an entrepreneur. Originally from Central Wisconsin, Ali graduated from the University of Missouri in 2005 with a degree in Communications and Business.

When she’s not excelling at AMP, Ali is busy with her husband, Tom, and their three children—Addie, Joe, and Jack—as well as their two fur babies, Bourbon and Waffles. The Antonacci family stays active with volleyball, baseball, and their school’s spirit wear fundraising program. Ali enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and exploring craft beers. Fun fact: Ali was once on a competitive jump rope team, has lived in 10 different houses before the age of 18, and appeared on the DIY Network remodeling her kitchen in 2011 with Tom.

Ali shared, “I never thought I would go back to work for anyone but myself, but when AMP approached me and I saw what they were doing for small business owners, I couldn’t resist being a part of it. I love selling, but more than that, I love teaching and empowering others to be amazing at sales, to help others, and build income.”

Congratulations, Ali, on this well-deserved promotion!
