2024 Service Employee of the Year

Congratulations to our 2024 Service Employee of the Year, Judy Adamson!

We are very proud to announce that the 2024 Service Employee of the Year is Judy Adamson.

Judy joined AMP in January of 2021 as a Digital Onboarding Specialist. While she enjoyed speaking with our sales reps as well as our customers, by July of 2023 she felt ready to take the next step in her AMP career. Judy took a leap of faith and joined the Customer Support team, eager to embrace a new set of challenges and opportunities.

In her time with the Customer Support team, Judy has demonstrated true dedication to her growth. She has significantly broadened her knowledge of AMP products, developed a strong understanding of our services, and mastered our internal processes. Judy’s commitment to improvement and contributions to her team are truly commendable.

In 2024, Judy proved to be an invaluable asset to AMP, excelling in a variety of areas including cancellations, customer interactions, and collection of declined payments — and her positive attitude stays consistent across all of her responsibilities. Judy’s efforts this year really showed in her declined payment recovery results. She increased her monthly average from a 48-50% recovery rate at the beginning of the year to an impressive 60-70% by year-end. She achieved this by initiating same-day calls to customers with declined payments, using empathetic communication, and successfully collected the most declined payments on first or second contact. By framing declined payments as a possible “timing error”, she reduced customer defensiveness and increased the likelihood of securing new payments.

Judy’s work is always performed with a high level of accuracy. She takes her time to carefully examine every account to ensure she has all details before proposing a resolution. Customers consistently appreciate her positive and kind voice during interactions – and this personal touch with customers is what sets her apart.

Judy consistently exceeds expectations, challenges herself, and embodies all of the qualities of a strong advocate for both AMP and our customers. Her commitment to customer satisfaction makes her completely deserving of being AMP’s 2024 Service Employee of the Year.

Judy, congratulations on this momentous achievement! Both Asia and I are so proud of you and how much you have grown this past year. I am so grateful to have you as a part of my team, and I can’t wait to see all you will accomplish in 2025.
