Congratulations to our January 2025 Employee of the Month, Brian Younglove!

When we moved from TechPro’s Phone System to Zoom Phone in 2022, it became apparent that Zoom was lacking the ability to provide Inside Sales and Recruiting with the reporting that Ashley and Nikki were used to. Zoom is more focused on live dashboards than a scheduled report subscription. For Inside Sales to drive sales, they really need these subscriptions. So, for the past 2 years, someone from Sales Support has been manually downloading reports out of Zoom and emailing them to Inside Sales and Recruiting. This is extremely time consuming and expensive for AMP.

Enter Brian. Brian was able to fully automate the process. Now, reports are automatically generated, downloaded and sent to everyone on the Inside Sales Team and Recruiting Managers. This will save countless hours of work by many people who were responsible for doing this process, manually, multiple times per day.
