Job Summary: As a Data Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our marketing and sales initiatives through data analysis, campaign reporting, and system testing. You’ll get hands-on experience with cutting-edge marketing platforms and CRM systems while contributing directly to our company’s success.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create and analyze marketing campaigns
- Develop expertise in our email automation platform, Sugar Market
- Provide dynamic distribution lists and reports for ongoing campaigns
- Track and analyze responses to optimize campaign performance
- Identify and Organize Fresh Sales lead information for sales and Marketing Campaigns
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for executives on key metrics, including: Sales performance, Customer renewals, Training outcomes, Commission data
- Analyze data to uncover insights that drive decision-making
- Assist in testing new reports and systems updates for sales teams
- Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements
- Create easy-to-follow documentation and training materials for new systems or processes
Educational Requirements:
- College Degree required. A degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems is preferred
Functional Demands:
- Basic Experience with Microsoft Excel required; Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Sugar CRM, or marketing campaign engines is a plus
- 1-2 years of related work experience, or equivalent academic experience
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time performing computer work

Wage Range:
- $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
