PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Develop a thorough understanding of AMP brand, sales culture and processes
- Create, maintain and enhance training and marketing videos with a high level of ownership from project conceptualization to the final delivered asset that is ready to distribute through various marketing channels via web and social media
- Create graphics for company websites, email campaigns, product updates, internal announcements, and other marketing initiatives as assigned
- Create, maintain and enhance various print and digital marketing and sales collateral related to product features and benefits, and work closely with sales personnel and management to collect feedback on usage, adoption and efficacy of marketing and training materials
- Assist Marketing Videographer with in-studio and offsite filming for training and marketing videos
- Follow established protocols with the use of all company equipment and materials including but not limited to: cameras and photo equipment, video and design software, email, phone, and internal and external databases
CORE COMPETENCIES:

- Creative mindset and ability to tell a story with imagery, music and graphics
- Quickly acquires new software skills
- Must be able to multi-task, maintain quality standards, adapt and think on your feet as priorities arise and change, keep yourself organized, pay very close attention to detail, troubleshoot technical aspects of graphic and video editing software and strive for perfection in your work
- Ability to prioritize projects and demonstrate strong problem solving skills
- Being able to work and stay on task with limited interaction with your supervisor
- Expert level knowledge of Adobe Suite including Premier, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
- Graphic design experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows computers and Microsoft Office Suite
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of related work experience, or job-related academic work
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Four-year college degree preferred in design, film studies, cinematography, marketing, advertising, or related field
