Our Recruiting Onboarding Coordinator is the backbone of our recruiting department, by onboarding new hires with world class experience through proactive communication, problem solving, and ease of the new hire process. The Recruiting Onboarding Coordinator will have an outgoing personality, high attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask multiple duties and responsibilities at once.

Functional Demands:

  • Proficient computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, and CRM usage.
  • You must be able to keep yourself and your work area organized and neat.
  • You must have the ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and produce accurate materials in an ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to have great communication skills, proactive mindset, and problem solving abilities.
