Congratulations Ebony for earning AMP Employee of the Month!

Ebony started on the Optima Fulfillment team and learned a lot there, and then learned Verification to help out the team. She started to then learn the rec card process as a backup and has taken it over fully in the last few months. She is someone that strives to make the customer as happy as possible in all that she does. She asks a lot of great questions and wants to understand the process as a whole. She has been working closely and effectively with other departments to ensure that our customer’s receive their cards correctly and in a timely manner. She has been doing an outstanding job in her role. I think Ebony is a great asset to the team and to the company as a whole!
