Congratulations to our 2024 Recruiting Team Manager of the Year, Kree Rogers-Littles!

Kree was AMP’s 2023 Hiring Manager of the Year and President’s Achievement Award Winner in her very first year with the company. She took on an interim Recruiting Team Manager role in September of 2023. Becoming a leader so quickly has its challenges and a sharp learning curve. But just as Kree does, she looked adversity in the face and overcame. She continued her strong personal recruiting and began to spread her reach of influence to those on her team. Kree worked very hard to gain the trust and respect of her peers. It was always important to her to lead by example, and to always be there to listen and offer advice. She did a fantastic job in her interim role. When the time came in 2024 for a new opening on our team for the Recruiting Team Manager position, Kree had place herself as a front runner for the role. She took on this new role and new team and continued to do what Kree does; makes it happen no matter what.

This year Kree has continued to lead by example for her team. She has done a fantastic job recruiting for AMP’s new market expansion, bringing in Ali Antonacci of Saint Louis District and Chris Spute of Central Florida. She’s brought in $308,977 of rookie revenue. She also has shown her team what’s possible with a big heart and a lot of hard work. Kree has developed a very strong team of successful hiring managers who make an incredible impact on those they recruit and the communities AMP serves.

Kree is an amazing trainer and morning topic speaker. She has a light that captivates her audience and is someone who is always ready for a new challenge. Kree is always learning and personally developing herself and is a gift to all of us who get to spend time with her. Thank you so much Kree for your leadership and heart for others!
