Congratulations to our June 2025 Employee of the Month, Stefan Buttstadt!

Stefan’s impact on AMP can be seen company wide. He is a quiet force, working “behind the scenes” or “behind the lens” in many cases, creating high-quality marketing materials for the entire company.

In May and June, Stefan helped the GSV Fulfillment team create not just one, but three separate training videos requiring voiceover and video creation. He worked diligently and quickly to produce these valuable materials which are already proving to be highly effective resources for the teams. His dedication to these results is greatly appreciated.

In addition to all of the work Stefan did on the marketing side for GSV Fulfillment, he was called upon to possibly assist with some equipment issues. Stefan was happy to lend his time and expertise to review some malfunctioning pieces in the office. Stefan was able to immediately diagnose the ongoing issue that had been occurring with multiple tripods, repaired them within minutes, and provided instructions on how to repair them in the future. The repairs he made along with the solutions he shared has and will continue to save hundreds of dollars by eliminating the need to send these out for servicing or replacing them entirely with new pieces.

Stefan is a consistent and reliable member of the Marketing team and has increased his responsibilities even more in recent months. In April, a new Video Editor joined the team, and Stefan has been instrumental in their training and successful start. He has juggled a variety of impactful projects throughout Q2 including the production of a new initial sales training pathway consisting of 23 new videos, rebuilding and improving the in-office production studio, and working through software bugs that had an impact on the video team’s productivity.
