Crystal Judkins
Crystal is an integral part of the Customer Experience and AMP team, meeting customers, team members, and coworkers alike with her quick wit and down-to-earth personality! She takes on her daily, weekly, and monthly tasks head on and never shies away from a difficult call or the chance to assist another department with a time-sensitive task. Admin worked tirelessly through a number of system changes, and reached out to Customer Experience to act as final contact on 13 accounts needing outreach to finish the project. Crystal volunteered for this project, which immediately became her priority. Crystal instantly began making contact with the customers, including completing a replacement contract, gathering ad copy, and collecting a DCF1.
Crystal has made exceptional strides in producing and cultivating positive resolutions and experiences with her customers, all while being the first to receive incoming calls – that’s commendable work!
