AMP Employee of the Month!
Asia Robinson
Asia recently stepped up to take on a more active role in the coordination of the Admin team’s workload and the team itself and she is off to a great start. Asia has worked with the Admin Trainer (Sam) to learn how to manage Hold File in her absence. This will not only provide redundancy in Sam’s absence, but it will also ease the load on Sam from having to always handle it herself. Asia cares deeply not only about her own development, but also of the entire Admin team. She’s made it a point to improve teamwork and help make sure process changes are effectively communicated to the team. She asks great questions and is committed to understanding the why behind everything that she does. Asia is very dedicated to meeting all of Admin’s deadlines, but communicates well with other teams if those deadlines are not going to be met. Multiple departments are downstream of Admin, so it is important to those other teams that Admin’s work is done accurately and in a timely manner.
