AMP Employee of the Month!
Max Rasmussen
When I look at the criteria of the Employee of the Month, I think of Max Rasmussen: someone who possess a positive attitude, someone who goes above and beyond for the departments, and someone who looks for more efficient ways to accomplish tasks. These are all traits that Max exemplifies.
Max helps out not only in the HR department, but has become a strong force for many other departments. He has helped out in the Accounting Department, Recruiting and most recently has offer his time (during his winter break from school), to help out in the Verification department. He learns tasks very quickly, which has enabled him to take on additional responsibilities.
Max has great communication skills and works directly with our new hires and District Managers to ensure that the onboarding paperwork has been submitted in its entirety. Chasing down paperwork for new employees is no easy task. Max is diligent about getting the proper documents and stays in constant communication with the District Manager and the employee until all documents have been accounted for.
Max is deserving on the Employee of the Month!
