AMP Employee of the Month!
Alex Ferrell!
IT nominated Alex Ferrell for Employee of the Month because of his dedication to not only fixing the issue the first time but walking the user through what happened so they have an understanding of why it occurred.
Alex has fantastic phone skills and can often be heard repeating directions, offering to provide documentation steps and urging them to give him a call back if it happens again. He never seems frustrated or stressed and tends to give a “chill” vibe for all those around him which is helpful during these “unprecedented” times.
Alex deserves to be nominated for all of his hard work!
