AMP Employee of the Month!
Crystal Judkins!
Our January Employee of the Month nomination is Crystal Judkins…Crystal was actually nominated by two departments!
Crystal was asked to assist our Digital Support Specialists with calling our text customers to transition them to the new text platform. She has done a fantastic job juggling both her everyday responsibilities as well as making outbound calls to our text customers. She has been working at a fast pace, but makes sure each transition is nothing but quality. Crystal takes the time to listen and assist our customers in a professional manner. Customers have told her peers how sweet and pleasant Crystal is to work with and that with her product knowledge she makes processes easy for them to understand.
Our DSS Team has said how thankful they are to have a wonderful ally in Crystal and we think that spreads across all of AMP. Thank you Crystal for all you do daily for both our customers and your co-workers!!
