Christina Wren

Congratulations Christina for earning AMP Employee of the Month!

Christina may be a quieter member of the On-boarding team, but she is a force to be reckoned with.  She is extremely knowledgeable and speaks up when things could be improved.  In the last few months, she has implemented new forms for the On-boarders to make tracking easier.  The forms ensure visibility and transparency for the whole team for both Text and OPTIMA™.  Sales Reps often ask for her by name and she is always eager to speak with our new customers during their warm transfer, getting them excited for their program.

She is the go-to person for shadowing in the office and really came into her own when training a new On-boarder – approaching the training in a thoughtful, empathetic manner.  She’s also going to school to be a massage therapist, balancing her school and work schedules, sometimes working longer days to make up for shorter days with classes – worthy traits for June’s Employee of the Month.
