Congratulations to Hayley Peters on winning Print Fulfillment Employee of the Year! 

Hayley is one of our most hardworking employees, and she keeps a professional demeanor when working with all reps and customers. She is compassionate when working with technology-challenged customers who cannot attach photos to email, and will walk through steps with the customer until he has success. She is empathetic and apologetic when a proof a customer receives isn’t exactly how it should be (or even remotely close in fact), and she starts the conversation over by going through each listing and display ad to ensure the customer is happy. She provides constructive feedback to her co-workers when she notices a process is done incorrectly, and you can tell her motive is solely a passion for accuracy and accountability.

You can tell by every account she touches she cares so much about the job she does on a daily basis, even if it means working with a difficult customer, confused sales rep, etc. She just wants the best for everyone. She is thankful and gracious and why she was chosen as Print Fulfillment’s department employee of the year.
