Congratulations to Alex Ferrell on being a IMPACT Award Finalist!

Alex Ferrell joined the AMP family as the first point of contact for the IT Help Desk and quickly demonstrated that he could handle any issue that came his way. He is the first to step up to research problems and easily finds both simple and innovative solutions to help our business users. On top of handling the majority of the tickets that come in to the Help Desk, Alex researched and implemented the Microsoft Developers Toolkit which is now used for new computer builds – Doing so has saved AMP over 100 hours of hands on time since he implemented this solution in June 2021.

With his recent promotion to Networking Operations Coordinator – Alex will be training the newest member of Network Operations who starts this coming week – I know she is good hands.

Alex demonstrates all aspects what the impact award is about. He goes above and beyond and I can always count on him to provide quick and accurate solutions to our IT problems
