Congratulations to Jennifer Pedersen on being OPTIMA™ Fulfillment- Verification and Warm Onboarding Employee of the Year!

Jenny has been with the company since December 2019 meaning she was here just 4 short months before we all went home for the pandemic in 2020. Jenny came back into the office for a few months before graduating to an official work from home capacity In 2021 due to her quality performance and her grasp of the verification and social responsibilities. Then in October 2021, Jenny was promoted to Senior Social Specialist!

Jenny is a quiet, yet strong and friendly voice for our OPTIMA™ + social customers which is needed in this role – as walking some of our non tech savvy customers through accessing and adding us into their Facebook Pages can be not only time consuming, but a little frustrating on their part. As we trained up more social team members on not only Page access but also Page updates in Q4, Jenny kept at it with Page access, working with our social customers and gaining access to over 100 Pages, prepping them for setup in Q4 alone!

Over the past year as our social processes have grown and evolved, Jenny has been able to add, adapt, and question when necessary to build her skills. Her resilience and flexibility as we build the social team to be the best it can be has not gone unnoticed.
