Cheryl is our most seasoned verification specialist and this year she took on more than traditional verification.This year, Cheryl began working closely with the OPTIMA™ team on tricky accounts that required very specific follow up, and she’s been beyond successful and extremely helpful to the teams that need her input. Cheryl is highly accurate, thorough, and quick to respond which made her a natural choice for the OPTIMA™ and OPTIMA™ help emails on priority accounts.
Mid year we made a lot of changes to the Verification Team, including implementation of the Senior roles on the team. In Q4 of 2021 – Cheryl reached senior status for her hard work and dedication to hitting numbers and following through with every customer request.
In the end of Q4, Cheryl jumped in to help our escalation specialists complete our onboarding in 90 days customers, taking on tasks in a way shes never done before but was happy to try! This was a huge part of the reason our verification team completed 97% of all customers verified in the onboarding process for the last 5 months in a row!
Cheryl is often the Verification Specialist with the highest call time and volume. Our customers love her! Whether she is working with them to verify listings and they are just super excited to talk or really fighting on behalf of a customer with a site – you can always find her on the phone!
Cheryl comes in every day in a great mood, always says good morning, and is ready to tackle the day. The team continues to rely on Cheryl month over month as she is a huge help for hard to reach customers and loves taking on the challenge of trying to reach them. She handles difficult site calls by fighting hard on behalf of the customer and her teammates look to her for her expertise as the most seasoned verification specialist.
