Congratulations to Colin Gorman on being OPTIMA™ Fulfillment- Content Management Employee of the Year!

Colin has two roles, he’s a content fulfillment specialist, specifically a site detailer, and he shares the responsibility of moderating customer reviews. The team benchmark for site detailing is an average of 13.8 tasks/hour while maintaining an average of 95% accuracy month over month. Review moderation means each day he’s spending time reading through 100s of reviews collected from our customer’s listings. Colin has created his most efficient working method and is one of the most consistent over performers on the team each month.

For 8/12 months in 2021, Colin had an overall task average of 14.5/hour and a QC average of 97%, and moderated 124,300 reviews since the end of March. Colin is a quiet force that does his absolute best to ensure accurate information is updated in a timely manner day in and day out. He has a tremendous impact and deserves this recognition.
