Congratulations Danielle for earning AMP Employee of the Month!

Danielle started with AMP a year and a half ago and picked up Contract Entry quickly. She comes in each day with a positive attitude ready to knock out her tasks. She is the person the team goes to with entry and Hold File related questions, always helping them resolve issues and reaching out if she isn’t sure.

A few of Danielle’s peers had this to say about her, “Danielle comes in every day and kills it. She does such a good job that there are no bodies anywhere. In all seriousness, my job, training, and everything have been made more accessible and efficient because of her presence and willingness to always lend her time out. I’m sure you’re well aware of how much of an asset she is to the team. I just wanted to nominate her for this award as a small ‘thank you’ for her help.”

Another peer said “She has done an amazing job taking over hold file and helping with the 2 newbies on team. She is always helping out where help is needed and enjoys learning and taking on new tasks.”

Danielle has been my right hand the last year and half, but especially the last month. Contract Entry has welcomed two new hires, and Danielle has done an amazing job on-boarding them. This has added a lot to her daily tasks and yet, she has taken this on without complaint. Danielle is the face behind Hold File ensuring that she is assisting Sales Reps with resolving contractual issues immediately, rather than placing them on Hold. She does all this while maintaining an entry accuracy of 98% and a productivity of 35 contracts verified an hour. We ask that that team verifies at least 27 contracts an hour with a minimum productivity of 97%, Danielle exceeds both of these each week. Contract Entry would be lost without her, which makes her the perfect nomination for Employee of the Month.
