Jonna Hiltunen

Congratulations Jonna for earning AMP Employee of the Month!

Jonna started with AMP in 2018 as a Customer Experience Representative, and since then has worn several hats. From Customer Support to Onboarding Support, and helping out the Product Support Team. She comes in each day with a positive attitude ready to help customers. If Jonna does not know the answer to a question she will work hard to find the answer and provide that to the customer.

One of Jonna’s peers had this to say about her, “Jonna has been an amazing help on the support team. She has balanced jumping in between Customer Support, Product Support, and her Onboarding Liaison duties with such grace. She has also been working hard to obtain customer reviews for AMP when she speaks to our customers. Jonna is an amazing member to our team, and I feel lucky to work beside her every day.”

Jonna went above and beyond this past month when our Customer Support team went from three members to one. Jonna stepped in, taking away from her normal tasks in Onboarding Support, to take calls from customers regarding payments, contract issues, cancellations, and general questions. She did this while also helping Product Support on the off days that particular team was shorthanded. Jonna has been the glue holding the support team together in the month of June.
