Congratulations Alissa for earning AMP Employee of the Month!

Alissa recently hit nine years with AMP, and has been an integral part of the Sales Support team. Alissa never shies away from a challenge. She is an excellent communicator, detailed, organized and relentlessly helpful. This past month, specifically, she has run point on the training of our new hire Alexis, adapting to hiring remote employees for our DIS team and making sure that everyone is on schedule and has the right materials, on time. She has been nominated several times over her tenure with AMP, and is incredibly deserving of this recognition! She is the go-to for so many people for reliable, accurate information and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

“She is dedicated, hardworking, caring and truly AMAZING! She is the go to person for anything for sales classes. She keeps everyone informed on any changes and questions things that seem off. She goes over and beyond and tracks all FedEx packages for new hires to make sure they are arriving on time and again communicates if something is delayed. Her communication skills are top notch and much appreciated. Sales Reps love Alissa. They know they are always going to get a friendly voice and will get answers to any questions they may have.”

“Alissa has been my right hand at home office for the last 8 years. Alissa goes way above and beyond what any Sales Support person should do. She looks up things for me when I’m driving that I could look up later. She always finds the answers to the things I don’t know or gets my issues fixed ASAP. She always encourages me that I can hit the account goal and lifts me up. She also listens to all my crazy stories. She works super hard and is not only a co- worker but a super good friend of mine. I love her more than words can say.”
