Congratulations, Cory Freres, on earning AMP Employee of the Month!

Cory started with AMP in March of 2022, and has already done a ton of work on development updates to our digital contract submission system, which drives most of our daily contract submissions and additional tasks that stem from a sale. During the month of November, Cory worked diligently on all of the items surrounding transitioning our Digital Inside Sales team to our digital contract submission system. This required a lot of enhancements to get the system ready to adapt to the Digital Inside Sales team’s workflow while also maintaining the Field Sales team’s workflow, and keeping the application stable overall.

Cory’s attention to detail and tenacity when it comes to finding the root of an issue, has gotten the IT team through several ‘quirks’ with the digital contract submission system and has provided solutions in each deployment to ensure that those obstacles do not present themselves again.

His enhancements and new additions to the digital contract submission system have helped the Digital Inside Sales team focus their efforts into one platform for entering contracts of all sales types, and it has helped the Contract Entry team resolve some of data issues that they had been experiencing, streamlining the entire process for everyone involved.

We are truly lucky to have Cory on our IT team and we are excited to see his continued growth at AMP!
