AMP 2022 AMP Support Services and Onboarding Support Employee of the Year

Congratulations to Mason Fisher on winning AMP Support Services and Onboarding Support Employee of the Year!

Mason started his career with AMP in August of 2021. In April of 2022, Mason was promoted to Digital Onboarding Coordinator, only 8 months after joining AMP. In his new role he began updating scripts, procedures, and processes to assist the team when handling new Platinum and AMP Bundle sales. From training new hires, updating procedures, and answering questions, Mason is always willing to help his team and others. Over the last year with AMP, Mason has become the go-to person for any Digital Onboarding questions and always maintains a high level of accuracy.

Mason works hard to ensure our customers receive the best support for their program after the initial sale. Anyone who has worked with Mason can agree that he is helpful, enthusiastic, and passionate about his job. He is the warm and friendly voice on the other end of the line when a Warm Transfer call is made, making each sales representative and customer feel special. We are incredibly proud of the work Mason puts in each day to better himself, his team, and AMP customers.
