Congratulations to Veronica Quezada on winning Verification Employee of the Year!

You don’t have to look far to see or hear the appreciation that the Verification department has for Veronica. Veronica was promoted to Team Lead in 2022, which was not only a natural progression to her skill set, but also proof of all the hard work she’s put in over the last few years to become an expert in her role. In addition to day-to-day team questions, Veronica found time in 2022 to pilot and introduce new sites, research new procedures for current sites, and stay on top of ongoing training to keep the team knowledgeable about all verification sites.

Veronica is not just a resourceful and intelligent leader, but she’s also extremely patient! She provides monthly QC’s, coaching, and shadow opportunities throughout the year. Veronica helped the team raise their QC percentage over the course of the year from 96.56% to 98%. Like any great leader, Veronica could also feel the pain points in the verification process, and made the choice to pitch changes that were the right move for our specialists. In addition to all of her leadership responsibilities, Veronica also helped over 200 OPTIMA™ customers get set up and found online!

Veronica is the foundation of the Verification team, and has proven herself to be a strong teammate and leader that they can count on every day.
