AMP 2022 Manager of the Year Finalist

Congratulations to Chelsea Jolly on being a Manager of the Year Finalist!

Throughout 2022, Chelsea dedicated a good portion of the year to training team members to grow their knowledge base in all things verification related, as well as developing the structure for the future of the +Social team. This took an immense amount of consistent coordination and dedication of time to ensure everyone was understanding the training and applying it to their everyday work. In addition to taking on that challenge, Chelsea also needed to maintain a high level of completions for our OPTIMA™ customers and she was once again consistent in working with the team to drive performance throughout the year.

In 2022, Chelsea, in collaboration with OPTIMA™ Fulfillment Imagery & Content Manager Cameran Fry, ended the year with an average of 97.4% of our customers being fully verified within 90 days of starting their program. They also worked to ensure that our customers continued to receive outreach calls from their Verification Specialist within 3 or 4 days of signing up for their program. These stats reflect the consistent performance that Chelsea strives for every day at AMP.

One of Chelsea’s teammates had this to say about her, “Where do I start? Chelsea is the most caring, patient, resourceful, respected Manager I have ever had the pleasure of working under. She will stop everything she is doing, which honestly is everything under the sun, but she will focus her entire attention on you and make you feel like you are the most important priority that is needing her attention. The way that Chelsea will excel not only herself but strive her team to be better and have the most welcoming and engaged team, is honestly and truth be told, what every manager should work towards. While working with her in the office daily, she is such a breath of fresh air and always radiates happiness that is so contagious.”
