Congratulations, Marisol Barajas, on earning AMP Employee of the Month!

Marisol started at American Marketing & Publishing in April of 2022, as an Onboarding Support Specialist. She is known for being the calm voice at the other end of the phone when making outreach calls to our new OPTIMA™ customers. She is responsible for setting the expectations for the OPTIMA™ program and making changes to our customers’ Testimonial Page websites. Marisol also handles all of our GSV photo shoot reminders, often emailing, calling, and sending texts to our customers helping them prepare for their upcoming shoot. In addition to providing outreach to our OPTIMA™ and GSV customers, Marisol is often asked to help the AMP Video™ Fulfillment team when they need additional outreach made to customers to go over changes to their AMP Video™.

At the end of February, Marisol was tasked with calling AMP Video™ and Platinum OPTIMA™ customers that needed additional imagery and information for our fulfillment teams to complete their work. Marisol and her team worked diligently to reach out to as many customers as they could and gather information to help resolve those fulfillment needs.
