Congratulations to our March 2023 Employee of the Month, Jessica Arends!

Jessica recently celebrated 2 years with AMP and works hard as AMP’s Marketing Coordinator updating websites, sharing customer success stories, creating beautiful custom sales proposals, assisting sales reps with product examples, and much more. In the past quarter, Jessica’s efforts have had a positive impact on many different areas of the business. She stepped up to moderate and assist in organizing our Celebrating Diversity at AMP Life Development Program that is regarded as one of our most successful employee events to date. She’s also been hard at work assisting with content for our Recruiting team and on yet to be announced projects that will be a huge asset for overall employee education.

During March, Jessica was hard at work juggling all of her tasks as Marketing Coordinator while also taking on a leadership position in AMP’d Up, our newly rebranded office events committee. Jessica has done an incredible job working with the team to plan and execute fun events for our entire office, and her effort has not gone unnoticed! Congratulations Jessica and keep up the great work!
