Congratulations to our July 2023 Employee of the Month, Catherine Prashanthini!

Catherine has been with us for over a year as a Data Analyst and this isn’t her first time for being recognized for her meticulous detail to her work. She is an extremely dedicated worker and after only a few minutes with her, anyone can see that she is great at resolving problems.

She has been key in our commissions process and reporting and attacks every challenge with a smile and a chuckle. Her attention to detail and intelligent questions helps the business get the right data the first time and when there are issues, offers a variety of solutions that could work.

On top of all that, she has been integral in the past few months helping our new hires get onboarded, building best practices and documentation that was sorely needed. Catherine has been an amazing addition to the team and truly deserves July Employee of the Month!
