Congratulations to our September 2023 Employee of the Month, Chloe Meitz!

In a period of leadership transition on the HR Team, Chloe’s dedication to providing good service to our employees ensured AMP met servicing expectations on all HR functions. Chloe embraced the opportunity to learn new aspects of HR and took the initiative to temporarily own responsibilities outside of her area of expertise. She followed through to the final detail on many different fronts, not only performing her role, but also aspects of another role on the team. Her take charge approach to finding answers to questions and resolving issues defined this period of her AMP Career. Chloe’s hard work, long hours, and innate desire to “get it right” during this time led to a successful period of transition in HR.
