Congratulations to our January 2024 Employee of the Month, Colin Dabbs!
Colin started with AMP part-time in October of 2021 to service our St. Louis, MO market. Within 8 months of starting, Colin was promoted to full-time and began servicing all of our Central and Southern IL markets, while still servicing Missouri. He has been a quiet force on the GSV Photography team; executing customer requests at photo shoots beyond expectations, providing exceptionally thought-out virtual tours, and receiving multiple shout-outs from customers pleased by their interactions with him.
One of Colin’s colleagues had this to say about him,
“Colin is an excellent photographer and a very hard worker. He is consistent in getting his paperwork in on time, which I greatly appreciate. Colin also consistently pulls in OT while performing awesome customer service to our GSV clients. Overall, I think he meets every checkbox that would fit an employee of the month.”

In addition to the office staff and other photographers, Colin is also recognized by the sales representatives that rely on his fantastic work ethic to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales representative, Tara Jenneman, had this to say,
“I still haven’t had the chance to stop by a scheduled shoot to meet [Colin] in person. However, I would like to give him a shout out as I am quite pleased and impressed with his work. Not only is it detailed but it is clear that he pays very close attention to the notes that I leave on each customer, which I value and appreciate immensely.”
Colin recently completed leadership development in preparation for the GSV Photography team expansion and I cannot speak more highly of his reliability, attentiveness to customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers at AMP.
