Congratulations to Tyler Topcik on his nomination for the 2023 IMPACT Award!

This past May, Tyler Topcik gained a well-deserved promotion to the role of Financial and Payroll Reporting Analyst. Tyler’s hard work and expertise have undoubtedly contributed to the success of the payroll department, and we look forward to witnessing his continued contributions in his new capacity.

One of the significant milestones achieved this past year is the initiation of Bonus Automation. Tyler, with his exemplary analytical skills, led the scoping for the first round of bonus automation built for our field sales reps. This initiative, in collaboration with our talented developers, will soon empower our field sales reps to conveniently access their bonuses through Tableau. This not only streamlines the process but also enhances transparency and efficiency in our bonus statement distribution.

As we celebrate this success, our payroll department is gearing up for the next challenge – DIS Bonus Automation. There is confidence that with the same level of dedication and expertise demonstrated in the past, this project will be another feather in our cap, bringing added value to our organization.
