- A remarkable 152.2% of the GSV Sales target, surpassing the 125% goal.
- A total sales goal achievement of 160.2%.
- A monumental $602,289 in OPTIMA™/Text sales.
- The establishment of 660 new digital accounts.
- An impressive 56.9% DCP rate.
Since joining our company in May 2021, Christian has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence. Her initial months in the field were invaluable, selling our digital products alongside our experienced leaders. This hands-on experience has been crucial in understanding both the highs and lows of sales, enabling her to provide effective training and support to her team.
Christian leads our South Tennessee district along the Interstate 65 corridor, revitalizing an area previously known for its strong AMP presence. Her leadership, in conjunction with the efforts of the Northern Tennessee district, has been instrumental in setting new standards for success and is on track to exceed $150,000 monthly in digital sales.
Before joining AMP, Christian accumulated a wealth of experience in the sales industry, working with renowned companies such as L’Oreal and Dillard’s, and earning multiple President Awards for her achievements. Her dynamic personality, energy, and optimism have been key factors in attracting high-quality talent to her team.
On a personal note, Christian hails from Germantown, TN, and is a proud alum of Middle Tennessee State University. An avid lover of aerial photography, she feels like Snoopy hanging out the window of a Cessna. As a dedicated single mother, she has raised her son Jack, who attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville on a coding scholarship.
