Congratulations to our May 2024 Employee of the Month, Alex Porcaro!
In May, Alex took on numerous tasks including the majority of Accounting Reports, payment plans, book invoicing, and more! He spent time learning these new items and mastering them while managing his daily workload and being first call taker on the Accounting line.
Alissa Royalty had this to say about Alex,
“I appreciate all of his assistance with everything Accounting related. He is quick to answer phone calls, questions, and does it with such a positive attitude. Although I know he is busy, he never makes me feel like a bother. I’ve also heard from sales reps about him being very helpful when assisting with questions and completing phone recordings with customers if needed. Alex is very appreciated!!”
Judy Adamson had this to say,
“Alex is one of those people who is a joy to work with. He is always kind, and always helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the accounting department and when I go to him with a question, I always feel like I’ve learned something new.”
Alex is an incredibly helpful and positive individual on the Accounting and Support Services Team. He greets each and every person with a smile on his face and occasionally a big thumbs up! We are all incredibly appreciative of the hard work Alex has put in over the last month and can’t wait to see what the rest of 2024 has in store for him!
