Congratulations to our July 2024 Employee of the Month, Zoe Malcontento!
Zoe has been functioning as a floater for the last 1.5 months, jumping in where we needed more hands with the new items we’ve taken on. With PTO and sickness, Zoe started to man the inbox more than her normal rotation. In her next status meeting, she jumped at the chance to ask if she could be THE backup for when someone is out on their inbox day. The person who manages inbox for the day actually manages 3, and Zoe’s skills in multitasking have been really helpful for the teams and our customers this month. Zoe not only gets her inboxes clear and caught up each day, she also has all of her to do cases and tasks done by the end of each day, every day.
In addition, to Zoe’s CSL role where she manages a caseload of inquiries from Sales, Support, and Fulfillment Teams, she stepped in to help other departments. She helped on both sides of our posting project. First, by helping the post creation team get step one done. Zoe helped through a large chunk of our almost 600 customers that needed prescheduled posts and images, some of those customers required 4 posts, some 8, while 600 customers is a lot, it’s closer to at least 2,400 posts that need to be created. This required Zoe to learn 2 new systems and become a semi expert in Canva for the sake of our customers, and she only had a few days to do it! Zoe jumped at the challenge not only to be helpful, but also because she’s been looking to round out her knowledge in all things posts. Coming from social, she knew how to get those posts up, but having the opportunity to understand the entire process was something she couldn’t pass up, then excelled in. Zoe did SO well that we entered too many posts, and she was called to help on the other side of posts – fulfillment. The Social Team needed assistance and again Zoe raised her hand.
While the CSL Team often has a hand in helping several departments, Zoe’s reach was the widest it’s ever been this month, impacting several departments in very real, helpful ways. Zoe was there to help even our own department when our primary trainer had to step away. She was in the chat, answering questions, and helping in our new CSL hires find success too.
