Congratulations to our September 2024 Employee of the Month, Judy Adamson!
In the month of September, Judy was assigned 122 declines to call and collect their recently declined payment. In true Judy fashion, she collected a total of 66 declines, totaling $24,538.90! Already exceeding August by $1,500.41 ($23,038.49)! She is still working hard on collecting a number of these declines, but is currently sitting at a collection percentage of 76%! This number is based on the total amount of declines marked completed only and does not include the customers still actively being worked on.
Judy didn’t stop there; in September she has created a total of 163 Customer Support cases. Out of the 163 cases, 29 of them were regarding cancellation requests. We strive to save every sale and the team is set to a high standard when working on cancellation requests in general, but especially those outside of the 48-hour cancellation window. In September, Judy handled 28 post-48-hour cancellation requests, and saved 22 of these requests for an 83% win-back percentage!
This month, Judy has taken on the role to train our new hire particularly with declines as she is the true champion surrounding these tasks and Megan is already starting this process off with flying colors. Customer Support is very thankful for what Judy does and continues to do each day!
