Congratulations to our November 2024 Employee of the Month, Maggie Klug!

“Maggie, who is the Senior Digital Verification Specialist, has been extra helpful to the OPTIMA™ Fulfillment Team for the last few weeks. Maggie has been the secondary Escalation Specialist while a team member has been out on an extended leave. Last week she was the primary while both Escalation Specialists were out.

In addition to Escalation help, Maggie backs up ELS inbox and setups when the primary is out, and she also backs up leadership as needed. She has been very attentive to our department team chat providing login codes throughout the day.”

Veronica Quezada had this to say,

“With Michael out the last month, and Cheryl with some time off as well, Maggie has been a HUGE help in Escalation. She jumped right in with a quick training and has been doing a great job since. While helping with Escalation, she has also continued to help the rest of the team with calls they might need to make, help update or try to fix errors a VS is getting. She is also on top of getting codes for my team, and everyone. Maggie has made a huge impact in Verification this month and I know we all appreciate the hard work she puts in.”
