Congratulations to our December 2024 Employee of the Month, Ebony Scott!

Ebony has been the primary Fulfillment Team member for any and all things Rec Card for over 3 years. While Rec Card Fulfillment sounds relatively straightforward, Ebony successfully created different methods to tracks dozens of customers at any given time and is able to provide follow up with the respective teams as needed, whether we’re holding for a logo, a phone number, domain pointing, verification, etc.

If you’ve met or have spoken to Ebony, you know she’s patient, eager to help and brings a positive attitude. At the beginning of November, Ebony began training a new hire to take over Rec Cards. Simultaneously, she was also learning an entirely new process of Testimonial Page (TPage) enhancement; this meant she was reviewing new and renewal customer masthead imagery on both desktop and mobile, fixing color schemes, and any other updates that could be done to the TPage without changing customer information.

As she learned how to navigate each of the TPage templates, Ebony continued to support our newest team member, Addison, successfully navigate Rec Card Fulfillment. Between training, sharing tips and tricks, and follow-up help, Rec Cards were successfully fulfilled, on average, in 4.9 days.

In the month of December, Ebony has continued working on TPage enhancements, but also began reporting to another leader on the Image Fulfillment team. She continues to support Rec Card Fulfillment in a backup capacity, and most recently did phone training with Addison to ensure she’s confidently and accurately helping our customers and DIS Team members.

In addition to the team changes this month, Ebony has also been very involved with AMP’d Up, helping to coordinate winter spirit week activities! She has been a member for almost 3 years, encourages participation and sharing of ideas, and is the current chair of the committee.
