Mel joined AMP in October 2022, with a wealth of experience and a clear vision. From her very first month, she has been a trailblazer, initially as the sole sales representative in her district and swiftly moving to build a formidable team. In her debut, Mel inspired 17 new customers, accumulating significant sales in GSV and OPTIMA™, setting a solid foundation for what was to become a record-setting trajectory.

Throughout her tenure, Mel’s leadership was pivotal during the transformational phases of her team, particularly evident as they achieved a remarkable $72,381 in sales in February 2024. Her ability to mentor and elevate those around her was further demonstrated in November 2024, where the team achieved new heights, thanks to contributions from a growing roster of sales stars.
