Since joining AMP in July of 2020, Jake has consistently inspired us with his drive for growth and excellence.
In 2024, Jake embarked on a mission to not only increase his digital sales but to exceed his performance from 2023. He successfully achieved digital sales growth in every quarter last year. His dedication led to a remarkable 10% increase in his total sales from the previous year, and his average order size also saw significant growth.

Jake’s District Manager, Dave Leider, noted that Jake aimed to double his digital performance over the prior year and he achieved this goal impressively. In 2024, Jake more than doubled his OPTIMA sales and overall digital performance. His best month was in August, bringing in $9,288 in OPTIMA sales and $3,575 in GSV sales. On average, he managed 20 accounts per month, generating $17,272 in total sales, with $5,491 in OPTIMA sales, $1,245 in GSV, and $10,424 in print sales.
Additionally, Jake serves as an Assistant District Trainer and spends 20% of his time each month coaching his peers. His role as a mentor and his unwavering positivity make him a pillar of support not only to his customers but also to his teammates.
