Congratulations to our 2024 Trainer of the Year — Inside Sales, Carena Bieschke!

Since joining AMP in June 2021, Carena has consistently showcased her expertise in digital marketing and professional sales, making an indelible mark on our team and operations. With a foundation rooted in her education from Northern Illinois University and significant experience in sales and recruitment, Carena quickly made a name for herself at AMP by setting new benchmarks in sales and client engagement.

2024 has been a standout year for Carena, with impressive totals including $746,868 in sales and a NDR of $60,144. Her ARR for first-year renewals stood at an outstanding 75.9%, and even more impressive, her ARR for customers beyond their second year reached 90.1%. Carena also dedicated over 226 hours to training new hires, leading them towards excellence in our fast-paced sales environment.

Carena’s unwavering dedication and hard work have not only contributed to our company’s success but have also inspired and developed future talents within AMP. Outside of her professional achievements, Carena enjoys traveling, fitness, culinary explorations, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
