Congratulations to our February 2025 Employee of the Month, Maddy Fuller!
After just starting with us in September, Maddy has become an integral part of our Sales Support Team. She picked up our systems and processes quickly, and continues to tackle new initiatives with an open mind as we evolve our Sales Support Team. In February, Maddy conducted over 20 one-to-one training calls with our newest reps making sure they understand our CRM, AMPedia, Zoom, Paylocity, their Rep Portal, 3 Week Training Calendar, and the importance of their study on AMP U. Tanner Jaksa reached out to give Maddy a shout out and let us know what a big impact Maddy’s call had with his newest rep, especially in his confidence in using Sugar.
There was one rep in particular that Maddy poured so much love and attention to. Maddy spent over 10 hours of training time with this rep due to language and technology challenges, and Maddy was steadfast in her dedication to help with this rep. You could see the growth in this rep, and they went on to make 4 solo GSV sales after working with Maddy. Our motto is that we never want technology challenges to be the reason a rep doesn’t succeed, and Maddy thoroughly embraces that. Another rep Maddy helped said to us, “It’s great to have a team dedicated solely to helping our newest sales reps. I always feel supported and get my questions answered.”
Another example of her dedication and going above and beyond to help our reps was with one of our newest MITs who was having issues with her Sugar. Maddy was determined to figure this out for the rep and was even willing to stay late to get it done so the rep could get off to a great start on their first day in Field Training. With IT’s help, Maddy was able to get the problem figured out. They reconfigured her Sugar and Maddy re-set up the rep’s project in Sugar which took longer than usual since the rep is in a brand new state, South Dakota! The rep reached out to let us know how grateful she was to get her Sugar working and be able to get her Sales Plans created for her first day in the sales field! That next day, the rep had her 30 Sales Plans completed and had 3 separate GSV sales plus a GOPTIMA sale for almost $4,000 in total sales!
Sales Support receives LOTS of questions on all different subjects. Maddy continues to want to learn and expand her knowledge so she can help with these questions. She takes diligent notes and references back the next time she gets a similar question. She is the first person our phone rings to on the team and answered 361 calls in February – 19 calls per day! That was an 8% improvement over January. For missed calls, she had a 38% improvement over January! Maddy is truly a student of the game and the numbers show it!
As part of her own self-development, Maddy asked if she could go through OPTIMA™ training to have a better understanding of it since we often get requests for Product Examples, or simple questions that she wanted to be able to answer. In addition to OPTIMA™ training, which is a day long, plus a series of ongoing training sessions, Maddy never fell behind on her other responsibilities.
She has also become a student of AMP University herself watching our Systems pathway and starting our GSV and OPTIMA™ pathways to continue to improve and be a great resource to our Sales Support Team. She knows it’s the little things that can make a difference and gives 100% to every rep she speaks with.
