Congratulations to our 2024 Hiring Manager of the Year and Elite PAA Winner, Katie Szudarski!

At the beginning of 2024 Katie asked the question: what does it take to be the best and reach your goals promotionally and financially? She took the great advice she was given and coupled that with her determination and grit, then completely took what’s possible to the next level. Katie is very driven by goals and achievement. She has a fire lit within her that can not be quenched, but continues to burn brighter leading her to achieve her promotion in March of 2024. She put in the work consistently between keeping her sourcing numbers high and dialing as many candidates as it takes to insure she was speaking with the right people for AMP.

In April 2024 Katie welcomed the best news for her and husband Ryan that they would be expecting their first child in December. Wanting to set herself up to have the most impact before leaving for her maternity leave Katie locked in on her goals with a fierce determination. Her drive was contagious as she inspired our entire recruiting team to push for what we call “a honker of a day” setting high goals to achieve!

She partnered with Kayli Maucione to build a fantastic team for our Michigan market that has expanded into the Grand Rapids area, hiring top rookies like Phillip Glaub. Katie inspired 55 new hires over the last year and 19 of them went on to become 10K sellers within the company. Her rookies drove over $724K in rookie revenue. She not only achieved both of the recruiting metrics for annual performance, but she also achieved our sprint qualifiers with 28 hires and over $187K in rookie revenue between August and December. Her candidates praise her on being their biggest cheerleader through the hiring process and also when they hit the field. Her positive spirit is infectious and pushes others to believe in what’s possible.
