Congratulations to our 2024 Second Runner Up for Hiring Team Manager of the Year and PAA Winner, Stephanie Felsecker!

Year after year, Stephanie has always striven to improve herself and to increase her skills and talents. 2024 was a year that pushed Stephanie, a year of adversity and a new journey.

Steph dug deeper than she ever has had to before and got to work. Stephanie had arguably one of the best second half of the year performances on her team. She was on a path to victory and nothing would get in her way, she had found her groove. Steph hired 7 top rookies and brought in $200,789 of Rookie Revenue from hires that started August through December. She has helped AMP’s Tennessee North Team grow and expand their boarders, a dream Steph has had for many years.  She’s helped to launch AMP’s new Saint Louis Market, and build a stable foundation of success and growth this new team. Steph also got back to a true heart passion of hers which is training and developing others. Stepping into a team classroom trainer role she has successfully helped onboard 4 new hiring managers and countless hours of training. Steph is someone who always wants the best for others and hold a high standard from everyone around her. This role plays to her strengths and she has been a tremendous help to her team. She deserves endless gratitude for her hard work, dedication, relentless grit, and selflessness.
